Scoop Neck Poof Sleeve Top

I got this Free People too ages ago (10-15 years) from a consignment store. They sewed up the keyhole in the back. I’ve worn it a few times over the years but it’s too small for me now. Other than the sewn up hole and a few loose threads, it’s in good condition. Waist tie, poofy sleeves, big scoop neck. I think it’s a bit oversized so I would say it’s best for a size XL.
