I love this skirt! It was the first garment I ever sewed, McCalls M5431. I wore it all the time in my teens and 20s, but I’ve since grown a little fluffy around the middle, and would like to pass it along. Being my first project, it’s got some wonky, unfinished seams, but it’s still quite sturdy. I made it with quilting cotton that’s been worn in to a very comfy softness. Plus it has absolutely massive pockets (Nintendo switch for scale). You could fit your whole lunch or maybe a small animal friend in there. One small, barely noticeable stain on the front.
