Urban Outfitters brand Size XS Plaid Pleat Front Pants In festive green, white, red, blue & yellow. Two side slit pockets and two back pockets. Midweight; not too heavy but not lightweight. Belt loops with elastic panel on back of waistband for adjustability. No discernible flaws! Generous through knee and ankle. Waist has some stretch and fits 25” comfortably. I just like a higher rise! Would love to trade for another pair of fun pants if possible.
