Totes maxi length raincoat in teal blue. This is basically a swishy wizard jacket. The hood is amazing! The sleeves are amazing! Little ties to cinch them and it looks so good when you do. I found it at local vintage shop. No flaws I can find except o did take it out on a rain once and it isn't super repellent for long. Maybe it needs a fresh coat of that spray that will restore that feature? Anyway. Please love this amazing layer!
