yellow ribbed flares

i suspect these are handmade or at least went through some alteration. i picked them up at a swap. no tags, a few snags, some pills. these are stretchy and synthetic - they fit me (26” waist, 36 inch hips) well. id say theyd fit someone smaller well and maybe slightly larger if you want a fitted look. color most accurate in the first photo! between primary yellow and highlighter yellow
