This lightweight, stretchy cropped tank top is made from a super soft ribbed fabric and has elastic smocking all the way around the mid section. Scoop neckline with deeper scoop in the back. The cut and fabric is so cute but unfortunately it fits very small - I’m usually a 2x and I could barely squeeze this on, but I imagine it would better on someone with a smaller bust! Smocked waistband is 14” wide but can stretch up to 20”.
