I finished this top that I received in a trade from Nia! I finished the hem neatly. It measures 21.5" long. Love the ruffle collar that can be tied loose and open at the neck or tighter. OP, Nia: Started making the wilder dress but ended up using the rest of this rayon fabric for another project. The wilder top is nearly totally finished, it just needs a bottom hem. Interior seams are finished with a serger.
