Siesta pant in Calico

Siesta pants that have been modified. Only worn twice, unfortunately after altering I gained weight so I never got to enjoy these. I’ve held onto them hoping maybe I’d fit into them, but it’s time to release these babies & move forward. I can wear them with 28” waist, but they feel a little on the small side. Three inches were removed from the rise, so it now reaches just over the belly button (about 12.5” rise). The material just under the waistband was removed & sewn back together, and the pockets were removed as well. The alterations are noticeable off the body & inside isn’t the prettiest, but it did the trick! Honestly it looks fairly normal on the body & I personally was much happier with how these fit after the alterations. The seamstress applied fabric glue to help with the frayed ends. This is only seen inside. The tag was also removed in the alteration process. Happy to gift these with another trade~ if you would enjoy them just let me know!✨🤍✨
