brand new with tags, bought for an old job and never worn made of their really nice stretchy, comfy, lightweight crepe fabric - I had a ton of pants in this fabric and loved it fwiw I found the sizing fairly generous as the fabric is stretchy waist stretches from 15in flat to around 20in
