Thrifted strapless black midi dress with colorful embroidery. Can also be worn as a skirt! Sadly this doesn’t fit me anymore otherwise I’d keep it! The bust measured at the top elastic is 11.5” flat and 19” fully stretched. I’m normally a small with a 36” bust and this fits, but feels like it could fall down any moment. I’d definitely suggest this for a size medium to extra large.
