Puff sleeve shirt

This was one of my first sewing projects ever! It’s wrinkly after being laundered but it can be ironed. One of the first full garments I made from scratch. It is made with a gorgeous crude cotton I bought in a market in Berlin, it is light but structured. The pattern came from a Japanese sewing book but I can’t remember which one. I dyed the blouse blue a couple years ago, not very evenly, but to me it enhances the style. A very sweet blouse! I’m sad to let it go but it’s no longer being worn by me and I think it is a special garment. There are some beginner mistakes and unevenness if you look closely, but to me, it gives it some charm. I noticed when washing that theres something that looks like a dye transfer stain on the top button plaquet, but it’s almost impossible to see it in the photos, it’s very faint. *this has been machine washed although mostly had washed. Never been tumble dried because it might shrink! *note for sensitive noses: I don’t use commercial soaps, but I had to apply some tide stain remover before laundering and that thing is potent! I dried outside to help with the smell but I just wanted to let you know!
