This was my only experience with Suay and it was a huge hassle to participate from Canada. They sent it back with completely different buttons and no notice—i opened the package and questioned whether it was the right garment they sent back. The spare original plastic cream colour button is still attached on the inside tag and didn’t seem to be stained by the dye. When I asked them why they didn’t have much of an explanation and chalked it up to quality control. They also shipped with UPS so I had to pay $40 brokerage fees on top of it all to receive my own clothing back. Their customer service was nice and provided resolution but I found myself not wanting to wear the jacket after all that. Maybe you like the buttons! Maybe you are savvy enough to switch them out again.
