This can function as a dress or jacket, depending on how you want to style it. I thrifted it from a slow fashion boutique, it had tags still when I got it and I only wore it once. Apparently I was messy with my tea that day so there is the slightest stain. Barely noticeable and I have not tried removing. Otherwise, near perfect condition, just a bit wrinkled from storage.
