this could be anywhere in the late 90s-early 2000s range! i found this at the garment district on a trip to boston in 2019, but i’ve only worn it once since then and that makes me sad! it’s super soft and nice to run your hands over, and the material is thick and warm. the bust line is SO flattering with the scalloped V and the darts! it’s a deep, rich teal that’s hard to capture on camera, but if you’re a jewel toned fan, this is the dress for you. a perfect piece for layering a turtleneck underneath with a pair of tights and boots!
