I bleached this skirt brown to align it more with my preferred color palette, but still don't find myself reaching for it. Original description: I love this skirt! I made it out of a Target dress with strange proportions and turned it into something I would actually wear. The double ruffle adds just the right volume at the hem and...it has pockets! I'm only passing it on because I have another gingham skirt that I love and I don't need two in my closet :) Waist stretches comfortably to 13.5".
