The prettiest floral print dress Has: functional buttons, pockets, two belt loops Brand new, washed once. Has belt loops that aren’t really noticeable but would be very easy to remove. I wouldn’t wear this dress with a belt.. I love it but am finding myself avoiding feminine pieces right now.
