Beautiful skirt in an abstract plaid pattern. It’s deadstock so material is unknown but it’s a soft lightweight flannel, most likely 100% cotton. Very breezy fabric. Elastic waistband that stretches from 14-16” and a second elastic band that stretches from 14-18”. I have a 14” high waist and 41” hip FYI. The bows on the side are not functional as there is no drawstring, only elastic. Worn once, washed and hung to dry.
