Length 23” Half circle wrap skirt in color “cobalt twill” but the fabric is boucle. Size small, my waist is 28-30 and it has plenty of room left for a larger waist size. I was soooo excited about this skirt and I paid $250 for it, but with my narrow hips and boxy frame the thick wrap waist band just doesn’t flatter me, it would be cuter on someone with a narrower waist and curvier frame.
