HM: This dress is gorgeous and drapes well! The pattern is also so fun! I just prefer dresses with sleeves. It no longer has the tag but is in perfect condition. Does still come with waist tie. Brand new from the Kellie B collab. Adjustable straps. Double lined at bust (fold over). Removable tie at waist. From a smoke free pet friendly home. Machine wash cold line dry.
