Bought new by me from Sandgrens a few years ago and I just haven't worn! The insole length of these (measured inside the boot) is about 10.4 inches. They're marked a size 42, but I'd say they'd work best for size 10-11 US. I'm a 10 and I have a comfy amount of wiggle room with socks on. The shearling does not cover the insole. Heel height is 2.5 in in back and the front platform is about .75 inch. Sandgrens doesn't make this style anymore and they've become very htf! Retail $429.
