Lovely piece with sea shell and I-cord border. Waist has core draw-string and can range from 12”-36” flat, thus the dress can fit many sizes of persons. Shoulders don’t have seams so measurement is an estimate. Dolman type short sleeves. Fabric is a periwinkle color with flowers and gold threads. I purchased this in 2022 from an Indian popup. No tag but pretty sure this is rayon. Good condition, worn only a few times. Has not been washed and has a bit of wear at collar. Needs dry cleaning only. See last photo.
