Pretty smocked waist skirt from boutique brand Sozy. It has pockets! I have another color I wear more. The length varies 26 to 36 in. I included a stock photo that shows the shape of the hemline. The smocking at the seam could use some reinforcement. There are some loose threads. Worn and washed once.
