Wide-leg super soft cotton pants. Elastic back and a tie around the waist. The flat waist measurement is wide for a small but these are designed to be cinched significantly with the belt. Perfect for a beach day or travel, could be easily dressed up or down. Only as “good” quality because I noticed a tiny mark on the waist when I was taking photos. I haven’t tried to see if it could come out. Not noticeable when worn.
