Fleece lined, fitted with button up cowl style collar. I believe this is water resistant, if not waterproof. Double zipper. I’ve had it in storage for years (hence wrinkles 🫣) and maybe wore it once but it just doesn’t fit my style. Slight pilling but only noticeable close up. Flattering and cozy!
