Very breezy cute HM pants that were originally beige that I dyed chocolate brown with Rit dye. Waist 19 inches flat lay but very stretchy with elastic! Leg is 38 inches long. Left leg hem is undone but can be easily stitched or ironed back. (There is no rainbow streak on the pants, I just have a rainbow decal on my window)
