Hand sewn and hand embroidered Mexican or South American folk blouse. Looks great as a mini dress over shorts. Professionally dyed black. Op: I love this top/dress but I just don't reach for it. The cotton is gorgeous, medium weight. I tea dyed it because the original white wasn't that white. I love the way tje tea came out, its the slightest bit mottled but color fast. This was completely handstitched by someone using cotton thread. There are a couple spots where the tea highlighted as shown, but not really noticeable. The neck opening is a bit small, check the pic w tape. It has been torn at the seams and was mended and I remended it. Could possibly tear again due to the age of the fabric and size of opening.
