I upcycled a pair of fleece sweatpants a few years ago to more fitted joggers. I believe I graded the pattern from a 6 at the hips to a 4 at the legs, and pattern wasn't great so I had to heavily modify the waist during construction. All seams are finished. Crotch basting is fraying a bit at the back. Could be ignored since the seam is also served or easily hand stitched. Faint stain from nail polish below the drawstring (pictures) has faded a lot since initial mishap.
