I thrifted this NWT, when it arrived there were a few small makeup marks around the collar from the previous owner. They're not very noticeable and will likely wash out easily but I have not tried! (I tried to include pictures that show the faint blemishes) I love the Dutch Garden pattern but unfortunately the puff top style didn't work for me! Never washed or worn by me Smoke free, dog friendly home!
