Waist stretches to 23”. I had a hard time measuring this skirt because of the slinky material, but I wore this as a size 16/18. My body has changed a bit and it’s no longer my size. I loved this as an elevated basic. Worn a few times to events or dinners where I wanted to feel comfortable but look put together. 🙌🏼 my selfie photo is an example of how I wore this! Tank, skirt, probably a necklace and birks- done!
