Vintage 90s Jones New York Silk Floral Maxi Wrap Skirt (moms closet clean-out)

Vintage 90s Jones New York Maxi Wrap Skirt. Very Dark Midnight Blue (almost black) and Taupe Floral Print. 100% Silk. Wrap is partially stitched closed so skirt won’t fully fly open (see where pen is in pic for where stitch is). See 2nd & 3rd pic for Lisa Kudrow/Friends and Julia Louis Dreyfus/Seinfeld style inspiration. In excellent condition with no major issues to note (although I don’t understand this tab on the side, maybe missing an internal button or maybe supposed to go with the outside button to make the wrap more secure???). Size 8P but 90s sizing so go by measurements. See pics for measurements. all of the 90s skirts are from my moms closet - she’s original & only owner and most have not been worn in 25+ years.
