Vintage floral sundress with Peter Pan collar (like Rudy Jude) and removable bow held on with safety pin - pics shown with and without bow and close-up of where pin was attached. Feels like cotton, possibly blend, and looks to be handmade. I’m guessing this is from the 60s or 70s with the style and print. Great vintage condition. See pics for measurements.
