Jò made it Italy suede heels with a bow on each shoe! Adjustable length back strap. I thought these shoes were so darling I got them professionally refurbished, but they ended up being not quite my style. They are slightly greener than the photos show. I’d say closest in color in the second photo (where I’m showing the bottom of the shoes).
