Amber- loved this skirt! Just not quite my style now. The fabric is dreamy. 18.5 in stretched waist Used the Lea bias dress pattern to make a bias cut skirt! very similar to clo bias skirt. 1 in elastic used in waist, serged post construction since i didn’t have the serger until recently. Made in a cotton broadcloth that is soft yet just structured enough for this skirt!
