This is from the original owner, but I feel the same way! I am about a 25.5” waist and these were also tight in the waist and hips for me: I’m absolutely gutted that these pants don’t fit. The most perfect pair of green vintage trousers. They honestly look like they could’ve been part of a uniform – Cub Scout or Boy Scout? The waist and hips are too tight on me, I usually wear a 26 or 27 jeans. So probably best for someone smaller than that. No tags. Definitely feel like a cotton twill, or maybe a cotton blend.
