Flowy, oversized, super versatile breathable cotton! Can be used as a swimsuit coverup or over clothes as a poncho. Seams in the center/top/front are a little loose on the top as shown in the picture and the tassels on the bottom are slightly frayed, but other than that this piece is in good condition.
