I thrifted this super cool beachy 70s halter top, but I don’t get many opportunities to wear it in Alaska, and my sensory issues don’t do well with the knots! It’s in pretty perfect condition. I don’t see the material on the tag, but it feels synthetic, and it’s woven, no stretch. It is very adjustable and fits me as a L/XL! Each cup is 10” across at the fullest part of the bust. “Total length” is from the approximate top of the cup to the band. “Flat waist” is the length of the underbust band that is attached to both cups (as in, not including the back ties). “Bottom sweep” is the length of the whole underbust band/tie.
