Universal Standard iconic Geneva short sleeve v-neck dress. Light and easy to wear. Almost maxi dress with an asymmetrical hem. Lovely color of I believe cobalt blue? Great for spring and summer weather or a layering piece Size small in universal standard means 14/16 or XL Added from 2nd owner - the color is more of a royal blue compared to the brand photo, IMO. It’s so pretty!
