Kimono Sleeve Dress

This dress is my favorite piece in my closet, but I never wear it because it’s just a liiiiittle too short. I’ve kept it around in the hopes that the right pair of bike shorts will help me find a way to wear it, but I think the time is right to let this one go. The top is roomy and drapes softly - there is no structure to the shoulders and the sleeves are a wide batwing/kimono style. The top has two hook and eye closures at the waist, and an elasticized strip in the back gives some sizing flexibility. Measured flat, the waist is 13”, but it stretches up to 15” (it fits my 30”-ish waist). Soft pleats in the skirt…but no pockets. There are a few areas of discoloration (see pics), but this is in otherwise good condition and should be worn!
