Gorgeous custom psychic outlaw bandana dress in a mix of blues and teals. It started to rip at the shoulders the first time I wore it so those have been reinforced, but I’ve only worn it twice. It has pockets and can be worn with either the dark blue or mint bandana as the front. From neck to waist is ~14”, skirt is ~17”, sleeve length from top of shoulder is ~21”
