A beautiful dress from Nora Lee, Rylee + Cru’s formalwear line! Wore once as a wedding guest. Sleeves can be off the shoulder or on; skirt is a LOT of fabric so expect the princess-style flounce skirt! Back panel is fully smocked elastic so it stretches quite a bit on bust and waist from the flat lay measurements. I hope you love it!
