I began the process of altering this skirt into a pinafore about 8 years ago. All that needs to be done to turn it into a wearable garment is to finish the straps. However, what has been done is very amateur as I was doing it with no idea what I was doing at approximately 15 years of age. Someone, please save this skirt. It deserves better than laying in a heap forever.
