Vintage Corduroy Blazer. Elbow patches, functional pockets, and lined. SZ 5 so putting this as a small. My guess is early 80s for this with silhouette/quality/made in Japan. One button on the sleeves is missing (see pic, these are not functional buttons and this type of button is pretty easy to find to replace) and lining has wear at armpits (see pic) but excellent condition with a very collegiate Ali McGraw in Love Story vibe.
