Oh this is a fun skirt. Custom made for me with vintage fabric. Waist band is a weave cotton. Flower fabric had a rough texture (see photo). Comfy and flouncy. I wore with Birkenstocks in the summer and black boots in the winter. Will miss this but no longer suits my body.
