Owner: 1st owner but never really could style it or wear it. Stored in my closet. Will be picky as i love it but just never wore it. The Tilly skirt is back in the dreamiest ballet pink tulle. Made up of two floating tulle layers, the Tilly skirt has two tiers of gathered tulle, a stretchy elastic waistband, and is lined with a sturdy and soft cotton. - Soft pink two-tiered tulle skirt - 100% polyester - Lining is 100% cotton - Slips on and has an elastic waistband - Made in Canada - This tulle is super delicate. We suggest spot cleaning this with a warm cloth.
