I received this in another swap and really wish it worked for me but it is much better suited to someone who is taller than me (5’5”) given where the waist hits. It has FOUR pockets! Two on the side and two in the front. It is marked a size 14 but can really work for a range of sizes including L and XL. 19.5” shoulders 17.5” shoulder down to waist hem 11” sleeve width 21” bust 20” waist 49” long
