Herbal Tea: Soften + Flow

The greatest threat to fascism is slowing down and taking time to care for ourselves. This tea blend invites you to soften, to enable a greater capacity for flow in your life and within yourself. When we slow down in this way, we can feel more centered and grounded, and able to act from a place of clarity, instead of cycles of defensiveness and reactivity. The world asks us to armor up, just to get through the day. Put your armor on when necessary and take time to come back to yourself. Sometimes slowing down and softening can invite more activation, especially when it feels more familiar to “muscle through” or keep going. The properties of this tea are designed to help take the edge off. The tea is comprised of flowers and herbs grown in my chemical free garden, washed with reverse osmosis water and air dried- and most importantly, grown and cultivated with absolute joy ☀️ This blend contains: tulsi, lemonbalm, rose petals, lavender, borage flowers, chamomile and goldenrod. (Look up tulsi if you aren’t familiar with it, it’s a powerhouse!) This tea is named after a favorite meditation by the same name- from a program that really helped me in managing anxiety related to living with chronic illness. Approximately 15 servings. Pour boiling water over one heaping teaspoon (or to taste) and cover for 10 minutes Totally down to trade or sell.
