I found this orange jacket at the thrift store and it just deserved more life. Had somewhere that had to be stabilized and patched. And then had a elastic waistband. That was awful. I added the navy blue polka dot peplum and made it into an open jacket because the zipper was beyond repair. Did keep original elastic cuffs on the sleeves.
