Bought new with flaws - has two spots on the front. I never tried to get them out but unsure if they’ll be able to be removed. Other than that it’s brand new and an awesome layer! The fleece/sherpa layer inside is so soft and warm! Unsure of material percentages but this is from website: SHELL - Nylon UNDERARM - Nylon, Spandex LINING - Polyester “Windproof yet breathable.
