This is a gorgeous batik top from India that doesn’t have tags. It has sleeves/armholes (Ie not a poncho though it has a poncho style look) and is quite generously sized and could work for a range of sizes. Not sure of material but it’s lightweight and flowy, perhaps a kind of rayon or georgette.
