Not sure if the marks on the arms were always there. Never notice them when I’m wearing it. Super comfortable and agree it’s an XS not an S. Runs more like an XS/S than S. Really comfortable and flattering sweatshirt from Everlane. Great as a layer or for spring time. I loved it but I don't reach for it much anymore. I adore the mustard color.
